Saturn eclipsing the sun

I think this, wiki's picture of the day for today, is beautiful! Taken by Cassini on 15 September 2006 (See how I gently bow to the Aussie way of stating the date =). I guess Galilieo would be so astounded to see this.

And welcome to rational dating, where each piece of information comes in order of specificity (like giving an address, you start with the most specific, the number, then the street, then the suburb and so on). I'm afraid I think we've just copied the British, but if it makes you feel less bad, you can keep thinking of it as Australian...
